Facility Usage

Thank you for your interest in our Facilities.

Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic
and community groups use them for meetings and events.

We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can.

Fee Schedule and Classifications

On February 16, 2023 the Greenwich CSD Board of Education approved the following group Classifications and Fee Schedule for requesting use of the facilities:

Group I - District/Community Sponsored (replacing the 'Internal' classification)
Group II - Non District or Community Non-Profit (replacing the 'External' classification)

Main Exhibition (Football) Field and Track

Gymnasium

Baseball or Softball Fields / Tennis Courts

Group I - No charge

Group II - $150 per hour no lights or $175 per hour with lights

Group I - No charge

Group II - $100 per hour

Group I - No charge

Group II - $50 per hour

Auditorium

Cafeteria

Classroom

Bus

Group I - No charge

Group II - $100 per hour

Tech Support - $100 per hour

Group I - No charge

Group II - $50 per hour NO kitchen use, $100 per hour WITH kitchen use PLUS $30 per hour food service worker

Group I - No charge

Group II - $25 per hour

● $2.25 per mile, plus driver cost

*We do not provide AV support unless requested in the AUDITORIUM ONLY.

**Special considerations may be made for community partners (police, fire department, etc).

*** All approved facilities use in a building during non-business hours that require a custodian will be at $30 per hour.

**** Groups under the Group I Classification are still subject to charges if requesting custodial and other services during non-business hours.

The Primary and Middle Grade Buildings are peanut free areas!!
Absolutely NO peanut products should be brought into the building!!

Community Groups

Hi community member, and welcome to ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software.

Community groups should sign in using your existing information if you’ve previously reserved space
(you should have received an email with a temporary password)
while new groups should click on the ‘register for a new account’ button above (there’s a link to a video to assist you)…

You’ll find the software easy to use with online instructions and a Help site
that guides you through the process of setting up an account and requesting spaces at GCSD.


The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account (if you don’t already have one).

Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button.

If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
